Dissolved Oxygen Sensors (DO)

Reliable in-line DO Probes for Process Analytics

Metroglas inline DO sensors offer reliable, low-maintenance performance across a wide measurement range, from low ppm to full oxygen saturation. Available in both amperometric and optical versions, these sensors are built to meet high hygienic standards and are fully compatible with CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) procedures.

Primarily designed for pharmaceutical and biotechnological environments, these sensors are also ideal for a variety of applications, including drinking water, wastewater, fermentation broths, wine, and fruit juice production.

Key Benefits

  • Stable measurement signal over the entire application time due to low drift and short response time.
  • Reliable measurement results over the entire sensor lifetime, even with regular clean-in-place (CIP) or sterilize-in-place (SIP) cycles.
  • Prolonged lifetime with optimized design and proven materials.

Optical Sensor for Online DO Measurements with Smart Design

Our optical sensor combines user-friendly operation with a modular design that extends its service life. Thanks to its innovative design, the sensitive electronic and optical components do not need to be autoclaved. Only the removable shaft and the cap with the fluorescent spot contact the sample and require sterilization, making maintenance both efficient and straightforward.
