Dissolved Carbon Dioxide Sensors (pCO2)
Reliable In-line Probes for pCO2 Monitoring in Process Analytics
Inline Dissolved CO₂ Sensor for Biotech and Pharma
This high-performance in-line sensor is designed for precise measurement of dissolved carbon dioxide (pCO₂) in biotech and pharmaceutical processes. It covers a wide measurement range from 10 mbar to 950 mbar (0.145 – 13.779 psi), based on the proven Severinghaus principle.
Designed for sterilize-in-place (SIP) and autoclaving, it ensures reliable performance with minimal maintenance.
Key Benefits
- Sustainable performance even under harsh conditions and frequent autoclaving.
- Minimal maintenance thanks to innovative sensor design and replaceable membrane cap.
- Stable measurement results over the entire application time due to low drift and short response time.
- Reliable measurement results with the optimized design and proven materials.
