8. Third Party Services
Email Delivery via Postmark
To send transactional emails (e.g., registration confirmations, password resets, system notifications), we use the “Postmark” service provided by ActiveCampaign LLC, USA. In doing so, personal data such as your email address is transmitted to Postmark to ensure delivery of the respective message. Data processing is based on our legitimate interest in reliable and secure email delivery, in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG). We have entered into a data processing agreement with Postmark. Data may be transferred to the United States; this is done on the basis of the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and supplementary appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
