Working closely with the customer’s R&D team, we developed customized single-use sensors tailored to their specific bioprocessing environment and performance requirements.
From the beginning, every sensor was designed and manufactured to deliver:

Industrialization & Scale-Up
The collaboration started with low-volume production of approximately 10 sensors per month. As the customer expanded operations, we successfully scaled manufacturing to more than 1’000 sensors per month while maintaining the same stringent quality standards.
