A Decade of Trust in Bioprocessing Automation
Our customer, who develops fully automated testing systems for R&D and QA, needed a custom-designed pH sensor for their application. They required a long sensor with a shaft diameter of less than 5 mm. Such a sensor not only presents development challenges, but also demands production through a specific glass-blowing process. Overall, they needed a highly durable sensor with customized cables for seamless integration into a fully automated system.
Standard sensors didn’t meet the specific shape and integration requirements, but that’s where our team stepped in to offer a tailored solution that matched both the technical and mechanical needs of their systems.
Using a collaborative approach and commitment to customization, the customer was able to seamlessly integrate our sensors into their automation process without compromising on performance. Today, over a decade later, our sensors are still a trusted part of their operations, used across multiple applications and systems.
